Our fleet of immaculate S Class and Viano Class Mercedes are the perfect vehicles to ensure you arrive at your destination in style and feeling refreshed.. Our Chauffeurs are highly dedicated and will put forward their best effort to meet all your expectations relating to or in terms of providing you a safe drive and maintaining your right to have privacy. We greatly advise that you go through our TERMS & CONDITIONS before hiring us for your travel. You will receive a request to understand and agree to our "Terms & Conditions" mentioned below.
1.0 Definitions
According to this Agreement, unless the circumstances need: "Agreement" refers to the terms put together meant for acceptance of booking with us in written. "Cancellation" would refer to cancellation of services by you after we have accepted your booking. "Hire Period" would stand for the time period set according to booking during which we will be providing services to you, changed according to agreement or harmony with the agreement. "Pick-up Address" refers to the address mentioned in the Booking from where our Services will begin. "Pick-up Time" relates to the date and time set for the booking or conveyed to us by you for the commencement of your travel. "Booking" stands for any kind of booking from you or any quote provided by us based on your information to avail our services after the date of receiving of the Agreement. "Passenger" refers to anyone who makes use of our Services or who enters the car with the permission of the passenger, in each case whether or not the traveller refers to you, engaged by you, or in any condition linked with you. "Price" refers to the rates applicable for the Booking. "Services" stand for services of a chauffeur-driven Vehicle that starts from the pick up of the Passengers from the provided address to Pick up. "Unacceptable Behaviour" refers to the code of conduct that is, according to chauffeur concerned, unsafe, unlawful or objectionable, including however not limited to :increasing the maximum number of Passengers allowed, smoking while in Vehicle, being under the effect of too much alcohol or under the effect of or in ownership of any unlawful substance, being aggressive, insulting, forceful or a risk or potential risk to himself or any other person, being extremely disruptive or being in any way in an unsuitable condition to travel. "Vehicle" refers the vehicle addressed to in the Booking or any substitute vehicle agreed by us and you.
1.0 Bookings and Cancellations
The Booking refers to a proposal by you to obtain Services from us in view of these aforementioned Agreements.
This Agreement is applicable to keeping out of any other conditions or subject matters to which the Booking ought to be made by you. These terms will be binding once a written agreement is signed between you or your authorised representatives, and us.
All Bookings need to be confirmed in a written manner by making use of our booking confirmation form or an email can be sent to the email address connected with us and signed by you or your authorised representative.
The Booking will be applicable in practical terms only after the acceptance by us in writing prior to the time for pickup.
All Bookings must be completed minimally 12-14 hours in advance of the Pick-up Time.
Any additional requirements or changes to the Booking that are not made at the time of your Booking with us (for example, addition of a pick-up addresses, amendment to the drop off addresses and so on) can not essentially be fulfilled by us. However, we will make all practical efforts to comply to your changes, although there may be a raise in the Price to adjust the changes.
You can opt for Cancellation at any time for your Booking, but any Bookings that get cancelled under 12 hours in advance to the Pick-up Time will be charged at full price. Cancellations over the 12 but under the 24 hour hour period will result in a £50 fee. In addition, cancellation of any wedding vehicle will also lead to forfeiture of payment in full (all through the peak wedding period- June through August - regardless of time taken to notice.) "No-Shows" (where a client does not arrive at the agreed timing or place or on an agreed flight, ship, train or any other mode of transportation) will be liable to pay the full price of the journey booked with us plus any extra charges (waiting time, parking fees for car) which will be deserved where our chauffeurs have attempted to find out the location of missing clients.
3.0 Performance of the Services
We are dedicated to perform our to match the highest standards in the industry.The minimum standard dress code of our chauffeurs includes a shirt, collar, a tie and a elegant formal suit unless settled otherwise with you or any concerned person.
Our chauffeurs will make use of their own opinion to drive at sensible speeds abiding to the law, existing road type and environmental situations and you may not ask our chauffeur to increase the speed limit irrespective of the circumstances.
Unless we have settled with you for the use of a particular route, our chauffeur will choose any route to the destination being travelled which, in his opinion, is the best and most suitable route for driving, whether or not his chosen route is the shortest distance.
We do not hold any responsibility or accountability to you for any delays in reaching at any destination for any reason after leaving from the Pick-up Address at the time provided by you or any concerned person.
Prices are quoted on per vehicle basis and not on per person basis.
4.0 Luggage
We will carry a sensible amount of luggage associated with Passengers. If however, according to the judgment of our chauffeur, the amount of luggage or its weight is more than acceptable, then we reserve the right to deny the transportation of all or a part of the luggage.
All the belongings and baggage remain the responsibility of you and the Passengers at all times. We do not hold any responsibility or accountability for damage or loss of the property, no matter how it is caused, to your belongings or baggage of those of the Passengers.
5.0 Behaviour of Passenger
You hold responsibility for the behaviour or code of conduct of all Passengers and advising them about the requirements of the agreement/s. You will be liable to compensate us for any losses or expenses caused by any Passenger on order, whether or not we make a claim against that Passenger at the first instance.
In case any Passenger appears, according to our Chauffeur, to be conducting or attempting to conduct any Unacceptable Behaviour, then we or our Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse entry to that passenger or all Passenger to the Vehicle and may terminate the Agreement for that Booking even if the trip is not completed and this implies the passengers to leave the Vehicle. In such situations, without injustice to our other privileges and solutions, you will be required to pay to us the Full Price incurred for the Booking and we will hold no responsibility or accountability for any costs incurred or losses sustained to you or any Passenger for the incomplete trip.
You hold the responsibility and will compensate us for any internal or external damage or loss of the Vehicle or any of our possessions caused or encouraged to be caused by you or any Passenger regardless of the matter how the damage is caused.
In case any passenger causes any spillage or suffers from any type of illness, you will be liable to pay for all cleaning costs for our Vehicle. At present we charge £100 as our standard "Soiling Fee". We reserve the right to charge you additionally for any downtime caused by our vehicle(s) being taken away for cleaning.
6.0 Price of the Services
The Price for our Services is according to the set up in the Booking, they are subject to alterations according to the Agreement.
Any delay or extension in the Hire Period may necessitate an increase in the amount according to our standard hourly rates at a particular time ("delay" caused by following situations: (a) any delay that is caused by you or any of the Passenger for some reason; or (b) any delay that is caused by congestion of traffic, road mishaps, weather conditions or any other reason beyond our realistic control.
Any amount owing in compliance with section 5 will be added and will form the part of the total cost.
Unless settled otherwise, the Price stated does not include the following which will be payable in addition to the costs applicable: (a) any road expenses, expenses at other tolls, or additional expenses including parking and waiting time (free 20-minute waiting time after which it will be charged at standard hourly rate of the vehicle); (b) subsistence of chauffeur and accommodation in case of overnight stays, if applicable, which if not decided otherwise during Booking will be charged based on our standard rates for overnight stays.
7.0 Payment Terms
By prior arrangement, payments can be done in cash (UK £ Sterling) to the chauffeur which will be payable at the end of the journey, in all other cases, you must make the payment for all the Services provided according to the Booking in advance by using a credit or debit card at least three to four days before the date of the Pick-up or at the time of Booking with us, if afterwards, until the "Account Facility" credit terms comply with you in writing by one of our Directors. Payments made by Credit or Debit card are subject to a surcharge of 5%
Where we have agreed to the "Account Facility" credit terms, we will provide a statement to you for the Services provided under every Booking or in case of any Cancellation at any time after performance of the Services or after Cancellation, as the situation may be.
Until it has been agreed in writing, you have to pay all unpaid parts of the Price within 14 days of the receipt by you in order to generate a proper invoice for the Services.
We may charge an interest rate of 3% (every week of non-payment) from you from the date any payment is due until we receive it with above the base lending rate of Santander varying from time to time.
You may not leave against the Price or any amount owed to you.
8.0 Confidentiality
We will both treat all the information received from your side or created for both of us marked as "confidential" or "private" or practically understandable to be confidential as we treat our own private information.
9.0 Telephone Calls.
All telephone calls are recorded for training purposes.
